Based at Police National Headquarters on Molesworth Street, Wellington, the Delivery Capability team is made up of experienced and passionate Programme and Project Managers, Coordinators, Business Analysts & Service Designers, and Change professionals. We partner with a wide range of business groups across Police, and externally, to successfully deliver strategic initiatives, organisational change, and complex programmes of work. Key Accountabilities Contribute to the development and delivery of change strategies by creating clear change visions, change plans, and roadmaps that define the future state and activities required to achieve successful outcomes. Assess and manage change impacts by conducting impact assessments to identify effects on people, processes, systems, and stakeholders, and informing mitigation strategies. Engage and support stakeholders by identifying target audiences, building effective relationships, and proactively managing stakeholder issues, risks, and concerns. Analyse and communicate insights by interpreting data and information, identifying key findings, and developing clear communications, presentations, and supporting materials for diverse audiences. Coordinate and deliver change activities for small to medium initiatives including communications, training support, guidance materials, workshops, website updates, and other business readiness activities. Monitor readiness and measure success by developing readiness assessments, evaluating adoption and change effectiveness, and recommending improvements to achieve intended outcomes. Collaborate and contribute to high‑performing teams by fostering positive working relationships, supporting colleagues, demonstrating organisational values, and taking accountability for continuous professional development. Provide professional change support and advice by responding to requests in a timely manner, supporting senior change practitioners on larger transformation programmes, and partnering with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to deliver successful change outcomes. Salary This position is covered by a collective agreement and salary will commence between $103,836 and $136,612 dependent on skills and experience relevant to the role.
