About the Role As a Delivery Coordinator, you'll play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of digital projects and programmes that enable better health outcomes for New Zealanders. Working across a portfolio of initiatives, you'll coordinate project activities, monitor schedules, budgets, resources and risks, and help ensure delivery milestones are achieved. You'll work closely with Delivery Managers, Programme Managers, technical teams and stakeholders to support project planning, governance, reporting and communications. You'll also contribute to the continuous improvement of Digital Delivery by maintaining project management frameworks, tools and templates, while promoting best practice across the organisation. About the Team/Service/Location You’ll join a collaborative and supportive Digital Delivery team responsible for delivering technology solutions that improve the quality, accessibility and sustainability of healthcare across Aotearoa New Zealand. Working alongside delivery managers, programme managers, technical specialists and business stakeholders, you’ll contribute to a diverse portfolio of digital initiatives that support frontline health services and national programmes. About You You are a highly organised and proactive project professional with a passion for coordinating successful technology initiatives. You enjoy bringing structure to complex pieces of work, ensuring projects remain on track while building positive relationships with a wide range of stakeholders. With strong communication skills, exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities, you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy supporting delivery teams to achieve shared goals. To succeed in this role, you will bring: Experience (3-5 years) supporting or coordinating technology projects, programmes or digital initiatives within a complex organisational environment. Sound understanding of project delivery methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall, with experience supporting project planning, governance, reporting and delivery. Proven ability to coordinate multiple workstreams, manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Experience using project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, SharePoint or similar platforms. Excellent organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships across technical and non-technical teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify risks, coordinate actions and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Relevant tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Project Management or a related discipline. Project Management or Agile certifications (such as PMP, PRINCE2, CSM or PSM) are advantageous.
