Leicester (Hybrid) Full-time | permanent We’re looking for an experienced employee benefits administrator to join our Employee Benefits team. This is a key role for someone who enjoys managing client portfolios, you’ll manage the day-to-day running of client accounts across a range of benefits including pensions, life insurance, income protection, group risk, group healthcare, and flexible benefits . What you’ll do: manage the day-to-day running of client accounts across pensions, life insurance, income protection, group risk, group healthcare, and flexible benefits coordinate and undertake all administration in relation to employee benefits schemes update member data, process renewals, manage claims data, and maintain communication materials respond to client and member queries promptly and accurately train and coach developing administrators in the team, supporting their professional growth build effective working relationships with colleagues, clients, and external contacts including insurers and providers ensure all client affairs are managed efficiently while maintaining high attention to detail What we’re looking for: experience in an employee benefits-related role proven experience in pension administration, risk benefits, and healthcare benefits ability to communicate clearly and precisely, both verbally and in writing proactive approach with ability to work independently while collaborating with a team positive attitude with the ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail ambition for career progression within employee benefits Why join us?
