About the role | He Aha Te Tūranga As a Claims Consultant, you'll play a key role in supporting customer care by accurately processing claims, managing service queues, and building strong relationships to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Efficiently assess claims in line with product terms to minimise risk and ensure accurate underwriting practices by working with the underwriting team. Deliver service excellence by processing claims and correspondence within agreed service level timeframes. Provide professional, courteous, and accurate advice to clients, consistently meeting or exceeding service standards. Based in our Auckland hub, operating on a rotating roster from Monday to Friday, with 8 hour shifts between 8:30am and 5:15pm (for example, starting between 8:30am-9:15am, therefore finishing any time between 4:30pm-5:15pm). The position starts on21 September2026andrequires your commitment to asix-week training programat ourAucklandoffice. Following training, you’ll enjoy a flexible arrangement with a mix of in-office and work-from-home days.
