Corporate Commercial Lawyer

Sharp Tudhope Lawyers have an exciting opportunity for an experienced corporate commercial lawyer to join our busy team. Working alongside Partners James Dow and Richard Hoare in our highly regarded corporate and commercial team, you will have the opportunity to advise a wide range of clients, from NZX-listed companies to dynamic start-ups. Who we're looking for We're seeking a lawyer with at least 3 years' PQE who enjoys a broad range of commercial work and takes pride in delivering high-quality outcomes. You'll have strong technical skills, a willingness to keep learning, and a genuine interest in building trusted relationships with clients. Experience with limited partnerships and Financial Markets Authority related matters would be an advantage, but is not essential.
