MANAGER – Rosebank Lodge, Balclutha The Clutha Licensing Trust based in South Otago has an employmentposition/opportunity that we wish to receive applications for: We are seeking a person who has “Personality plus”, Industry knowledge& the Ambition to become our full-time, hands‑on Manager at thisestablishment. Duties will include customer service and staff supervision within the bars, bottle store, restaurant/kitchen, functions, accommodation and reception sectors of this business. You will need to be organised, flexible, focused, outgoing and cancommunicate with a wide & varied range of customers. This positionwould suit someone currently working in the hospitality industry looking to further their career or someone looking to make an exciting career change. You must hold or can obtain a Managers Certificate under the Sale ofLiquor Act and gain clearance from the Department of Internal Affairs tooperate gaming machines on behalf of our Gaming Foundation. A current driver’s license is a must. This position has varied hours of work, which includes late trading nights& weekends and is classed as full time.
