Creating meaningful connections with local employers and businesses, government & industry/sector partners, disability support and other providers to seize golden work opportunities for our jobseekers. Getting to know your jobseekers, understanding their stories, and fostering trust so that you can effectively help them gain mahi. aligned with their goals, experience and strengths. Helping jobseekers upskill by identifying training needs for their chosen industry/sector and liaising with training providers to gain short course certification. Your background Current full NZ driver’s licence Our Employment Consultants are selected from a wide range of careers -- including recruitment, social services, sales, business development, government and industry. Life skills, enthusiasm to help people, grit & resilience, and the ability to bring the best out of people are key attributes we look for.
