Waitangi Treaty Grounds is seeking a Café Team Leader to establish and lead the front-of-house operations for a new on-site café in Paihia. You will work with the Hospitality Manager to set up service standards, train staff and build cohesive workflows that deliver a welcoming visitor experience.
