Senior Interior Designer / Architectural Designer Wānaka, New Zealand We’re looking for an exceptionalSenior Interior Designer / Architectural Designer to join Undercurrent Studio in Wānaka. We’re a small, design-led studio working on an exciting mix of projects across New Zealand - from intimate hospitality and retail spaces through to workplace, tourism and large-scale commercial environments. We’re looking for someone who is obsessed with good design and the detail that brings it to life . Someone who can think conceptually, draw beautifully, solve problems and confidently carry an idea from the first sketch through to the finished space. You’ll be someone who: Lives and breathes design, materials and detail Has a strong design eye and great spatial instincts Is highly proficient in Archicad + Adobe Creative Suite — essential Has experience preparing and lodging NZ building consents Can confidently take projects fromconcept through to delivery Loves the technical side of design as much as the creative Enjoys collaborating with clients, consultants, makers and project teams Is proactive, curious and excited to contribute to a growing studio We care deeply about creating spaces that feel considered, authentic and connected to place and we’re looking for someone who wants to be part of that.
