You will diagnose and repair returned products in accordance with manufacturer warranty and NZ regulations to support best-in-class customer experience. This onsite role requires a strong technical/mechanical aptitude, a keen interest in repairing electrical products, and the ability to work to KPI targets while managing your time effectively.
