Digital Marketing Specialist

Love digital marketing but want more variety in your day? We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join MoMac’s growing marketing team. You’ll work across a diverse portfolio of clients, helping plan, launch, manage, and improve digital marketing campaigns. The role will have a strong focus on Meta and Google advertising, campaign creative, organic social media, and client account management , with opportunities to expand your skills across analytics, SEO and other digital channels. Day to day, you could be: Planning, building and optimising Meta and Google Ads campaigns Developing campaign concepts, messaging and creative direction Writing advertising and social media copy Creating and adapting simple campaign graphics in Canva Planning and managing organic social media content Working with our designers, photographers and videographers on campaign assets Leading client onboarding and strategy discussions Preparing reports and turning campaign data into clear recommendations Managing client relationships, calls and ongoing marketing activity Identifying opportunities to improve campaign performance About you Ideally, you’ll have 2-3+ years of digital marketing, advertising, social media, or agency experience . You’ll be someone who: Has hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager Understands organic social media and content planning Can develop strong campaign and content ideas Is confident communicating directly with clients Can manage multiple accounts, projects and deadlines Is comfortable analysing campaign performance and making recommendations Has strong written and verbal communication skills Takes ownership, identifies problems and brings solutions Works well independent ally and as part of a collaborative team Experience with Canva, Google Ads, GA4, SEO, email marketing, Google Tag Manager, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads or content creation would be a bonus, but you don’t need to be an expert across every platform.
