As Waiter at Fortuna, you'll be on your feet moving around the restaurant, clearing plates as diners go up to try their next dish and helping customers along the way. It can get busy; Fortuna is a huge restaurant and can seat up to 300 people and your role will be to make sure that they get a great dining experience. You’ll be someone who's friendly and have an eye for detail to keep everything looking at its best. You’ll also have previous customer service experience and be flexible to work a variety of shifts.
