MGallery Hotel Collection in Queenstown, New Zealand, is seeking a hands-on Team Leader to oversee food and beverage service on a shift basis. You will manage staff, drive service excellence, and ensure hygiene and safety while contributing to the shift’s financial performance. We require at least 12 months supervisory experience in a busy F&B environment, bar experience, and the ability to train staff. Weekend and holiday work is expected.
