Administrator

The Role We're looking for a motivated, highly organised, tech savvy Administrator to join our Masterton Branch. This is apart-time role, 20 hours per week, hands-on, fast-paced and ideal for someonewho wants to grow and develop new skills. While we need you have excellent Admin skills, you won't just be sitting behinda screen — this is a varied, active role combining administration, and generaloperational support. If you hold a forklift licence and/or Class 2 trucklicence, even better. What You’ll Be Doing General administrationand accurate data entry Processing paperwork,PODs, and customer documentation Responding to emails andphone enquiries promptly Supporting operations tokeep track of freight movements and freight left on floor Supporting the BranchManager and Drivers with day-to-day operations Liaising with customers,other branches, and the wider business Checking consignmentsfor damage and correct quantities May include ForkliftOperations and driving duties (within conditions of licence and/orqualifications) Maintaining a safe,tidy, and organised depot environment What We’re Looking For Previous administrationexperience (transport/logistics advantageous) Strong attention todetail and excellent customer service skills+ Good numerical abilityand accuracy with freight counts Experience checkingfreight and completing documentation correctly Current OSH forkliftlicence and confidence loading/unloading trucks (helpful, but notrequired) A positive, can-doattitude and team-first mindset Strong commitment tohealth & safety You’ll need to pass a pre-employment medical and drug test, along with ACC andMOJ checks.
