Relevant culinary qualification Minimum 1 year of experience as a Pastry Chef Strong pastry, baking, and dessert production skills Experience producing high-quality desserts in a commercial kitchen environment Familiarity with Food Control Plan (FCP) requirements and food safety standards Experience in leading shifts Creativity, attention to detail, and pride in presentation Strong communication and teamwork skills Experience coaching, supporting, and guiding other team members If you're a passionate pastry professional who loves crafting exceptional desserts and wants to take the next step in your career, we'd love to hear from you.
