About the role We are seeking an outstanding Associate Professor to provide academic leadership in teaching, research and service within the School of Management and Marketing. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly accomplished academic with expertise in Logistics & Supply Chain Management, Analytics, Digital Business, or a related discipline. The successful candidate will contribute to undergraduate and postgraduate teaching, supervise research projects and theses, and play a key leadership role in advancing the School's teaching, research, and engagement activities. You will also contribute to curriculum leadership, assessment oversight, mentoring of academic staff, and the continued development of the School's research culture. What we're looking for A PhD in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Analytics, Digital Business, or a closely related discipline. Demonstrated expertise and leadership in one or more of these areas. An established and internationally recognised research profile, evidenced by high-quality publications and other scholarly outputs. Evidence of peer esteem through academic leadership, professional recognition, research grants, research contracts, or other significant contributions to the discipline. Experience securing and/or contributing to externally funded research. Proven success in undergraduate and postgraduate teaching and research supervision. Experience leading curriculum development and contributing to academic quality assurance. The ability to mentor and support academic colleagues and foster a collaborative academic environment. Experience and/or commitment to engaging with industry and business communities to create research and learning opportunities. Experience teaching diverse student cohorts through blended, distance and multi-campus delivery modes would be advantageous.
