Job Description

Collectively these companies provide in home support to people after injury/, living with disability, support hospitals, aged care and community sectors with staffing solutions nationwide. We're seeking a proactive and analytical Data Support Specialist who enjoys turning information into meaningful insights. You'll play a key role in keeping our systems up to date, supporting reporting requirements, and ensuring data quality across the organisation. This is a great opportunity for someone who loves working behind the scenes to enable smarter decision-making and operational success. Responsibilities: Provide technical problem solving to less technical teams (customer service, quality, accounting) Work with multiple-datasets and applications, having multiple interfaces and third-parties Perform data analytics on wide varieties of data Analyze and prepare interpretations of data to use by management You will work closely with senior managers to gather requirements, build test plans and strategies, test your recommended solutions and coordinate project implementation(s) Defining our current workflows and building new ones System maintenance and enhancements management Continuous analysis of business processes and identifying opportunities for process improvements Your role will involve participation for IT/Business change events Backup for IT support Requirements: Attention to details and accuracy Good interpersonal & communication skills & a strong team player Ability to write queries, scripts, procedures and query optimization Ability to drive execution within own area of responsibility, and experience in aligning cross-topic objectives & approaches Data privacy and data protection domain knowledge We offer opportunity to learn and grow, to work autonomously and part of a team.
