Job Description
ArchiPro is rebuilding how an entire industry operates . Building and renovating has been fragmented, expensive and inaccessible for too long. We’re changing that, and we’re looking for someone who gets deeply uncomfortable watching the same problems repeat themselves when a better system is possible. What we are looking for: We’re looking for an incredible performance marketing practitioner - someone who combines strategic thinking with hands‑on execution. You’ll build the audiences, pull the data, stand up the tracking, interrogate performance and maintain quality at volume. You won’t hand the implementation to someone else. You’ll get into the detail yourself, work out what needs to change and make it happen. What ArchiPro is actually trying to solve: We operate three connected marketing engines and we need one person who can hold all of them. Client Marketing. We run paid media campaigns on behalf of clients listed on ArchiPro. High volume, quality‑critical, and currently too dependent on manual processes. This role will help us change that. ArchiPro Brand (B2B). Building demand and driving acquisition across our highest‑value B2B prospects. ArchiPro Brand (B2C, inbound). Driving a high‑value inbound audience to ArchiPro - from homeowners with active projects and design lovers to professionals who use the platform as a tool. You’ll work with our B2C Marketer to build and execute the paid acquisition programme across each market. The role You own performance across all three work streams. You contribute to planning the media for B2B and B2C, you build the campaigns, you define the audiences, you stand up the tracking, you watch the pacing, you hold the quality. You’re the practitioner. You’ll work in the marketing team and alongside the tech team and GTM. In time we want to build the infrastructure for auto‑pacing, trafficking automation, QA enforcement and real‑time alerting. You won't be writing that code, but you’re the media expert who tells tech what needs to exist, what the edge cases are, what breaks in the real world. You have to be technically minded enough to be a real partner in that build. Day‑to‑day, you’re hands‑on. Strategy, in this role, is narrow and concrete: audience definition, data definition, basic media planning. It’s not about big‑picture brand thinking. It’s about being the person who can look at a segment and know how to build it, enrich it, activate it, measure it and iterate on it. What you’ll actually be doing: On Client Marketing , you own UTM architecture, campaign trafficking, QA, pacing and performance. You’re shaping what those systems do and working with tech to improve and automate them. On ArchiPro Brand B2B / ABM , You’ll work with our Head of GTM and B2B Lead to activate priority account lists through paid media via Hubspot, which is coordinated with outbound activity so we’re reaching the same accounts across channels to drive revenue growth. On ArchiPro Brand B2C across NZ, AU and the US , you’ll activate the inbound paid programme to drive high value audiences to our platform. You’ll contribute to the media plans, KPI forecasting, and channel mix, run Google, Meta, Pinterest and emerging biddable platforms. Across all three , you’ll hold the server‑side tracking and Conversions API implementation, integrate Search Console data, first‑party signals and third‑party intent into bidding strategies that reflect real value. You’ll lead platform vendor relationships with Google, Meta, Pinterest and others. And you’ll shape how performance is communicated internally so the business understands what’s working and why. What we’re looking for Must‑haves. We will not move forward without these: Hands‑on practitioner background. You’re currently in the tools, not supervising someone else who is. Technical fluency in server‑side tracking, Conversions API, first‑party data pipelines. You don’t need to have built the pipes yourself, but you need to be a credible counterpart to someone who does. B2B paid media experience, preferably with an ABM background. You’ve built and run account‑based programmes end‑to‑end, including account list building, data enrichment, intent signal integration, coordinated activation across paid media and outbound. You have a point of view on what works and what doesn’t. Experience launching a brand into a new market , ideally into the US or a comparable market from outside it. Experience working with third‑party audience and intent vendors to build targeting beyond native Meta and Google. Strongly preferred: Experience in high‑performance in‑house Exposure to auto‑pacing, agentic ad tech or automation in paid media. Even if you didn’t build it yourself, you’ve worked alongside it and understand what good looks like. On mindset: you follow platform developments and the AI tooling revolution because you’re wired that way, not because it’s in your KPIs. You think in systems. When you see a repetitive workflow, your instinct is to design something better. You’re analytically rigorous without being data‑paralysed. You form a point of view and defend it. The honest part This role is hard. You will be holding a live daily programme, including real spend, real clients, real accountability, while also helping build the system that will eventually replace large parts of how that programme runs today. Things will break. Priorities will collide. You will sometimes be the practitioner doing the work and sometimes the systems‑thinker redesigning it, and often both in the same afternoon. It’s full on and very busy. You need to be a fast operator but one that never lets speed get in the way of things being correct. You need to be invigorated by pace, not thrown by it. f this sounds more like an opportunity than a challenge, we want to hear from you. Logistics Auckland‑based. NZ residency required. No offshore applicants. Role is based with the team in our Parnell office. Why this role, why now ArchiPro is at an inflection point. The Client Marketing product has real scale potential but it needs a technically‑minded practitioner who can hold the daily programme with precision while partnering with our Tech team to build the infrastructure for it to grow without the team growing proportionally. At the same time, our own brand is expanding into new markets and maturing its ABM motion. This is a rare seat. Genuine scope, genuine autonomy, and a company moving fast in an industry overdue for disruption. If you read this and thought finally, we want to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr
