About The Role As an Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in growing and strengthening Bolt’s marketplace by driving engagement across both our driver and rider communities. You will develop initiatives that keep drivers active, engaged and connected to the platform, while supporting rider acquisition and retention through local marketing and lifecycle campaigns. Working closely with Marketplace Operations, Driver Operations, Central Marketing and other cross-functional teams, you’ll use data and local insights to identify opportunities, execute growth initiatives, and continuously improve the experience for both drivers and riders. Main responsibilities Develop and execute initiatives that increase driver engagement, activity and retention through communications, rewards programmes and local campaigns. Support rider acquisition and retention by delivering local marketing initiatives and lifecycle campaigns in partnership with Central Marketing. Own local engagement programmes, including driver branding initiatives and community-focused activities that strengthen the Bolt brand. Analyse campaign and operational performance, using insights to improve engagement, retention and business outcomes. Collaborate with local and central stakeholders to deliver initiatives that support marketplace growth and strategic priorities.
