Weekly pay Flexible casual shifts to suit your availability Ongoing work available for reliable chefs Opportunities across Christchurch and surrounding areas Work across a variety of kitchens and hospitality environments Opportunities with leading hospitality and catering clients Immediate starts available Key Responsibilities Prepare and present high-quality meals to a consistently high standard Confidently manage your section during busy service Lead and support kitchen teams when required Work efficiently in fast-paced, high-volume kitchens Maintain excellent food safety, hygiene, and compliance standards Assist with menu preparation, stock control, and food quality Ensure meals are prepared and presented to a high standard Work collaboratively with kitchen teams to deliver exceptional service What We're Looking For Strong commercial kitchen experience Previous experience as a Senior Chef, Chef de Partie, Sous Chef, Head Chef, or similar Ability to confidently step into different kitchen environments Experience working in busy, high-volume hospitality operations Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene requirements Excellent organizational and time management skills Reliable, professional, and team-oriented Ability to work independently and as part of a team Relevant culinary qualifications are advantageous but not essential Flexibility to work across different venues and shifts Reliable transport Why Join The Recruitment Network?
