We’re looking for a Senior Product Lead to join our Enterprise Hub in a team focussed on enterprise security services which secure our digital workplace. Day to day this could include Understanding the cyber-security goals, gathering and translating business requirements into user stories Maintaining a high-quality backlog and delivery plan Effectively facilitating agile ceremonies that drive the squad towards our outcomes Providing transparent reporting on progress and escalating risks or issues effectively Working with teams across the business to drive the implementation and adoption of new security controls Ko tātou tēnei. Kia hāpai i ō pūkenga | This is us. Where your expertise matters. This role will suit someone who is comfortable operating autonomously, working through ambiguity and is highly organised. Previous experience with implementing identity and access management is preferred. Key experience and expertise you would bring to the role would include Proven experience working in a cross-functional agile environment in a product role Strong stakeholder management at all levels of the Digital and Technology team Ability to think long term and near team at a detailed level to cope with business and technology complexity Ability to communicate with engineers and architects to allow for effective definition of initiatives and associated success criteria Experience in building operational processes Familiarity with the delivery and adoption of enterprise identity and access management or role-based access Above all we are looking for someone who embodies Kiwibank’s purpose and values, (Ngā Kauwaka), and someone who thrives in a vibrant and inclusive work environment.
