About the Role | Mō te Tūranga Based at our client’s corporate premises in Christchurch, we are seeking a Customer Service champion for our Service Delivery team. This role is key to supporting front and back of house functions, including mailroom, reception, and administration. This is a flexible role that will assist as required across the workplace and client services spaces. Scope of the role includes: Assist with day-to-day service centre operations Meeting room set ups Mailroom and photocopying tasks Vehicle and carpark management General administrative tasks Answering emails, Teams messages, phone calls Providing outstanding customer service to internal and external clients Some heavy lifting when required Ensuring compliance with Canon and client Health & Safety standards About you | Mōu We are looking for a team player who takes pride in providing an exceptional level of customer service. You are happy to take initiative and always willing to help where needed.
