About The Opportunity We are seeking a motivated and experienced Quality Lead to join our Food Safety & Quality (FSQ) team at our Takaanini site. Reporting to the Food Safety & Quality Manager and working alongside three other Quality Leads you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing quality assurance standards across our products and processes. Working closely with key stakeholders, you will help drive a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring operational excellence and compliance with regulatory requirements. In addition to this you will: Develop, implement, and maintain robust quality assurance systems and processes across the site Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure quality control measures align with business objectives Monitor and analyse performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities and implement corrective actions Lead quality audits and ensure compliance with internal standards, industry regulations, and customer requirements Champion quality awareness and foster a culture of continuous improvement across the site Provide technical guidance and support to project teams, ensuring quality considerations are embedded in new initiatives This is an excellent opportunity to work collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders and make a meaningful impact on food safety and quality performance at our Takaanini site. About You We are looking for an analytical and results-driven professional who is passionate about quality, compliance, and continuous improvement.
