New Era Technology is seeking an IT Helpdesk professional to be the first point of contact for client IT issues. You will work on-site across South Auckland education sector sites, delivering friendly, efficient support and clear communication to non-technical users. You will log and manage tickets, troubleshoot common problems, and coordinate with teams to ensure fast resolutions.
