Are you an experienced payroll, HR or employment relationsprofessional with strong project leadership and problem-solving skills? We are seeking a Collective Agreement Implementation Lead toprovide end-to-end leadership of employment agreement implementations across alarge and complex organisation. This is a key role responsible for ensuringchanges to employment terms and conditions are accurately translated intopayroll, HR and related systems and processes. About the role As the Collective Agreement Implementation Lead, you willlead the planning, coordination, implementation and monitoring of collective,individual and derived employment agreement rules. You will work across payroll, HR, employment relations,unions and other key stakeholders to ensure implementations are deliveredaccurately on time and with a strong focus on quality and employee outcomes. Your responsibilities will include: Leadingemployment agreement implementations from planning through topost-implementation support Developingimplementation plans, coordinating delivery teams and ensuring roles andresponsibilities are clearly defined Coordinatingkey implementation activities, meetings, communications and stakeholderengagement Ensuringpayroll and related systems accurately reflect employment agreemententitlements Identifyingand coordinating required data, systems and tools, including hands-onprocessing where required Establishingquality assurance, monitoring and reporting processes to support accuratepayroll and employee data Buildingeffective relationships with unions and key internal stakeholders Providingclear and timely advice and resolving escalated payroll, employmentagreement and entitlement enquiries Leadingpost-implementation reviews and identifying opportunities for continuousimprovement Maintainingrisk and issues registers and using implementation insights to improvefuture processes About you You will be an experienced and confident professional whocan successfully navigate complex employment agreement implementations andbuild strong relationships across a diverse organisation. You will bring: Provenexperience leading employment agreement implementations, payroll, HR oremployment relations teams within a large, complex and service-drivenorganisation Hands-onpayroll or HRIS processing experience Strongpractical understanding of employment law, regulations and HR practices Asound understanding of the Holidays Act 2003 and its application Excellentdiplomacy, discretion and interpersonal skills, with the ability tofacilitate collaborative discussions and manage sensitive issues Strongproblem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to identifyunderlying issues and develop sustainable solutions Arelevant tertiary qualification in Business, Human Resources or a relateddiscipline Strongdata analysis and reporting skills, including proficiency with MicrosoftExcel, Word, Visio, Power BI or similar applications It would be an advantage if you have: Experienceworking within the health sector or a large Government organisation Experienceworking with multiple collective agreements Knowledgeof the Parental Leave Act, KiwiSaver Act and Wages Protection Act Projectmanagement and/or business analysis experience Join our team This is an opportunity to play a key role in deliveringcomplex employment agreement changes and ensuring our people are paidaccurately and in accordance with their employment conditions.
