Benefits Competitive hourly rate of $35 - $42+ per hour depending on experience Time and a half paid after 40 hours Monday to Friday role with optional Saturday work available Flexible working hours Tool allowance provided Clean, well-equipped workshop with specialist diagnostic equipment Ongoing training and development opportunities Supportive, team-focused workshop culture with regular toolbox meetings Staff discounts and team social events Responsibilities Diagnose, service and repair a range of European vehicles Carry out scheduled servicing and mechanical repairs Assist with diagnostic work, engine repairs, and gearbox work Complete clear and accurate job notes Work closely with the service team regarding vehicle progress Focus purely on workshop-based technical work with no customer-facing responsibilities Maintain a tidy and organised work bay About You Qualified Automotive Technician with workshop experience European vehicle experience preferred but not essential Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills Pride in producing high-quality workmanship Reliable, organised, and able to work both independently and within a team WOF certification advantageous but not essential With a growing team that includes a number of younger technicians, this role would suit someone with solid experience who enjoys sharing knowledge and contributing to a strong workshop culture. #J-18808-Ljbffr
