As an enterprise-wide function, the branch delivers high-impact services across finance, people and culture, communications, technology and strategy, governance and risk, supporting informed decision-making and strong organisational performance. The role As a Human Resources Coordinator, you'll be the first point of contact for a wide range of HR enquiries, providing high-quality advice, coordination and administrative support to managers and employees across the Department. You'll play a key role in delivering efficient HR services, supporting recruitment, employee lifecycle activities, position management and HR initiatives while ensuring accuracy, consistency and excellent customer service. Working as part of a collaborative HR Services team, you'll build strong relationships across the business, contribute to continuous improvement, and provide practical support to managers with HR processes and people matters.
