Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Workday Consultant role based in Wellington. The Workday Consultant will configure, maintain, and optimize Workday modules, focusing on Human Capital Management, HRIS, and Workday Financial Management to support Datacom’s customers and internal stakeholders. Day-to-day responsibilities include gathering and analyzing business requirements, designing and implementing Workday solutions, performing system testing, and supporting integrations with other enterprise applications. The role involves collaborating with HR, finance, and IT teams to resolve issues, enhance processes, and ensure data integrity and compliance. The Workday Consultant will also provide user training, develop documentation, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and project delivery. Qualifications Strong expertise in Human Capital Management and Human Resources (HR) processes, with the ability to translate business needs into effective Workday configurations. Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), including Workday system administration, configuration, reporting, and data management. Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, present solutions clearly, and support user adoption. Relevant tertiary qualification in HR, Information Systems, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Experience in consulting or project-based work, including requirements gathering, solution design, testing, and deployment. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with attention to detail and a focus on data accuracy and system reliability. Workday certifications or prior experience in Workday implementation or support projects are highly advantageous. #J-18808-Ljbffr
