About the Role Our public sector client are looking for aBusiness Solutions Analystto provide hands-on support acrossCopilot, Power Automate, and Power Queryas part of broader Enterprise AI adoption, joining on a 6 mo. Fixed Term assignment. You’ll work within the Business Solutions team to gather and validate requirements, help shape fit-for-purpose solutions, and support implementation. This role partners closely with stakeholders across Council and reports to the Business Solutions Manager. Responsibilities Gather, analyse, and validate business requirements Develop low-code solution components and workflows Support Copilot and Power Automate initiatives Create documentation using Council templates Manage project governance, risks, and reporting Collaborate with stakeholders across Council teams Skills & Experience Previous experience as a Technical Business Analyst Microsoft 365 solution delivery experience Low-code environment BA experience Agile principles knowledge and practical application Business intelligence delivery experience (e.g., dashboards) Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Please note that we can only accept applications from candidates presently based in New Zealand and holding valid NZ Working rights #J-18808-Ljbffr
