Here in Christchurch, our Hornby processing siteis always looking for great Process Workers who are enthusiastic, physically fit, hard-working and reliable. About the role: As a Process Worker within one of our various chicken processing departments, you’ll be part of a fast-paced, hands-on environment that thrives on teamwork, consistency, and high performance. This is a physically demanding and active role where quality, safety, and reliability are critical. Shift patterns may vary and could include early starts, later finishes, occasional Saturdays, public holidays and overtime, therefore flexibility to assist with overtime and an immediate start will be highly valued by Tegel. About you: Ideally, successful candidates will possess the following attributes and experience: Have previous experience in production or manufacturing Strong reliability and punctuality Possess a positive attitude and a willingness to learn Good physical fitness and strength Ability to work in a team environment Safety conscious, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail Enjoy working as part of a team We know that great people are the key to our success.
