12 Month Fixed Term/Secondment opportunity The role |Tetūnga Play a key role in the data development and delivery as part of our Integrated Data Infrastructure (IDI) project, here at Stats NZ. The IDI is a world first in leading the integration of datasets to link information from key Government agencies, surveys and NGO’s, to translate into better social outcomes for all New Zealanders. More information on the project can be found in the link below; Integrated Data Infrastructure | Stats NZ We are seeking an experienced Change Analyst to support a Senior Change Manager across our busy high-profile IDI project of national significance. This role sits within a complex and fast-moving workstream and will suit someone who is confident operating at pace and contributing across multiple change activities.This is an exciting opportunity where you will provide support with end-to-end change delivery activities. This will include partnering with the business, agency partners and the project team to drive stakeholder engagement, change readiness, and successful delivery.Your recommendations and insights will help strengthen best practice to build knowledge and capability across the IDI and the wider Stats NZ team. What you bring |Nōuterourou You’ll be an experienced Change Analyst with a proven track record supporting enterprise transformation programs. You enjoy working with stakeholders, navigating complex environments and helping successfully adopt change. What you will bring to the role: Demonstrated experience working as a Change Analyst or similar role, with a solid grounding in change methodology within an ambiguous enviroment Ability to work across multiple work-streams in a fast-paced project environment. Demonstrated ability to facilitate workshops and engage stakeholders at all levels of the organisation. Proven experience conducting change impact assessments, stakeholder analysis and business readiness activities. Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities. Comfortable working on initiatives that have technology, process and people change aspects,with the ability to understand and translate technical concepts for impacted audiences. Exceptional relationships skills with stakeholders to manage expectations, resolve issues and gain buy-in. Relevant qualifications and certification in change management will be an advantage,however strong practical application of change frameworks is essential.
