Job Description Pullman Auckland is looking for a talented and passionate Spa Therapist & Receptionist wishing to expand their knowledge in a luxury hotel environment. As a Spa Therapist, your primary responsibilities will include: Providing massage, facial and body treatmentsto the highest standards Building long term relationships with our guests Up selling Spa services and products and other hotel outlets Assisting with reception/reservation duties, including reception shifts if required and covering reception team breaks. As a Spa Receptionist, you will: Assist all visitors to the Luxe Spa at the Pullman and fitness centre, each time delivering an amazing guest service experience Manage inquiries & treatment bookings Upsell products and services, effectively providing solutions to meet the needs of our guests Ensure this outlet is kept immaculate at all times – including gym & pool areas and treatment rooms. Qualifications REAL PLACE, REAL PEOPLE Whilst talent and attitude are our primary requirements, you also have: NZQA Level 5 or equivalent in Massage or Spa Therapies Experience in a professional beauty environment A passion for delivering an outstanding service and a memorable experience each time Exceptional personal presentation Excellent communication skills Flexibility to work rostered shifts; including weekends.
