We’re looking for a detail‑driven, commercially minded ContractDrafting Officer to join our Terms of Trade team and help prepare high‑qualitydocumentation for our clients across New Zealand and Australia. About the role As a Contract Drafting Officer, you will work closely with our clients, sales teams, and internal specialists to prepare a wide range of commercial documents including Terms & Conditions of Trade, Building Contracts, Privacy Statements, and other business‑critical agreements. You’ll interpret drafting instructions, ensure alignment with client requirements, and deliver accurate, professional documents that help our clients protect their businesses. You’ll be supported by a highly experienced team and provided with training to help you grow your capability and confidence. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structured work, detailed-oriented, and producing polished, accurate documentation. About you You will thrive in this role if you are organised, accurate, and enjoy working with documentation. While experience with legal or commercial contracts is helpful, we provide full training — your attitude and attention to detail matter most.
