Agricultural Machinery Technician

Position: Agricultural Machinery Technician Location: Rotorua, New Zealand Employment Type: Permanent Sponsorship is available for the right candidate. We are seeking motivated and skilled technicians to join our Service Department team. This role is hands-on, working with advanced agricultural machinery and delivering high-quality service, diagnostics, repairs, and customer support. What you'll do: Diagnose, repair, and maintain tractors and ag equipment (Case IH / New Holland preferred, other brands considered). Manage repair orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Provide mechanical advice, customer service, and technical support. Train and support apprentice technicians. Perform upgrades, fitments, and pre-delivery inspections. What we're looking for: Completed apprenticeship in heavy diesel (3-4 years). Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Experience with large, high-tech agricultural machinery.
