Te Rūnanga o Ngāi Tahu and Ngāi Tahu Tourism seek a passionate Chef Assistant to join our Dark Sky Project team. In this hands-on role, you’ll help prepare and produce high-quality menu items under the guidance of our Head Chef, supporting service periods and maintaining standards.
