Security Technician

Are you an experienced Security Technician? 14th August, 2026 A company servicing networking and security systems in the Auckland Airport precinct is looking for an experienced Security Technician to join the team. This role involves installing, maintaining, and servicing critical security infrastructure across a high-profile site. Key Responsibilities Install and service CCTV systems Maintain and troubleshoot access control systems Work on car park barriers and automation systems Perform network cabling and related technical work Ensure all systems are operating reliably and efficiently Maintain high standards of Health & Safety compliance Job Requirements Proven experience with CCTV, access control, barriers, and cabling Must be able to obtain Airside permit and Security guard license (clean police check required) Must have EST Licence Candidate having valid Sitesafe, EWP and Working at Heights certifications would be preferred Strong problem-solving and technical skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Must pass all pre-employment checks After 6 months candidate must need to go on call for a week.
