As our Workspace Administrator , you'll help roll out SharePoint Digital Workspaces across the business as part of the Modern Information Programme. You'll work on practical, hands-on delivery that helps teams get set up with workspaces that are easy to use, well governed, and ready for the real world. This is a fixed term role until December 2027. Ideally you will be based in Christchurch, however we will consider other locations. This is a great role for someone who likes solving problems, working with different people, and seeing the impact of their work out in the field and across the wider business. It's fast moving, varied, and a solid chance to keep growing your Microsoft 365 and SharePoint experience while doing Good Work with a supportive team. Ngā tino kawenga mahi | Key role responsibilities Support the rollout of SharePoint Digital Workspaces by configuring and preparing workspaces for business use. Work with Business Analysts, Project Managers, workspace owners, and business teams to understand needs and apply the right workspace setup. Configure libraries, permissions, metadata, navigation, and other workspace components in line with programme standards. Help with testing, issue resolution, migration readiness, go-live support, and handover into business-as-usual support. Keep documentation clear and up to date so workspaces are secure, supportable, and ready for the long haul Kei te kimi mātō i tũe e whai ana i ēnāi ūču | We're looking for someone with Experience administering, configuring, or supporting SharePoint Modern sites, Microsoft 365 workspaces, Teams-connected sites, or similar collaboration platforms. Good understanding of SharePoint information architecture, including libraries, lists, metadata, permissions, navigation, and lifecycle. Experience supporting testing, defect resolution, migration readiness, rollout, and operational handover. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with both technical and non-technical people. A collaborative, organised, and proactive style, with strong attention to detail and a genuine commitment to safety and quality.
