Manage multidisciplinary design teams across a range of engineering disciplines. Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget and to a high technical standard. Develop and maintain strong client relationships across both public and private sectors. Support project pursuits, proposals and business development activities. Mentor and develop project managers, engineers and designers. Drive quality, risk management and project governance outcomes. Work closely with operational and technical leaders to identify new opportunities and support business growth. About You Extensive experience in design management, project management or infrastructure delivery. Proven ability to lead complex multidisciplinary engineering projects. Strong stakeholder and client management skills. Commercially minded with experience managing project financial performance. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Experience within consulting engineering, infrastructure or transport sectors. A collaborative approach with a passion for mentoring and developing teams.
