Job Description
Introduction: At Hauora Ability Services Halswell we are looking for a caring and committed Registered Nurse to join our night shift team. Being a residential hospital level of care facility, we support and care for people living with physical and/or neurological disabilities. As a night shift Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for ensuring our residents receive safe, compassionate and professional care throughout the night. You will be an experienced Registered Nurse fully versed in night shift responsibilities; managing and overseeing a dedicated team of professionals. You will be responsible for all Health and Safety requirements during your shift including the management and oversight of emergency preparedness. Description: Desired Skills And Experience An experienced Registered Nurse with current NZ registration and appropriate NZ Visa requirements Having experience in disability, rehabilitation, aged care or a related healthcare setting will be an advantage Be confident working independently during night shifts Have strong clinical assessment and communication skills Have experience managing a team of clinical staff Confident in taking responsibility for emergency preparedness.
