As their project pipeline grows, they are looking for a proactive Bid Coordinator to become a key part of their pre-contracts team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys juggling deadlines, coordinating information, and producing high-quality documentation. You'll work alongside senior leaders, estimators, and operational teams to help deliver compelling tender submissions and build the foundations for a long-term career in bidding and proposals. The Opportunity As Bid Coordinator, you'll be responsible for supporting the end-to-end tender process, ensuring submissions are professional, accurate, visually compelling, and delivered on time. This role goes beyond administration. You'll play an important part in the presentation and coordination of bids, helping to create documents that reflect the quality and capability of the business. Key Responsibilities Coordinate tender and bid submissions from planning through to final delivery Format and produce professional tender documents, capability statements, CVs, and supporting content Enhance the visual presentation and overall quality of submission documents Manage bid schedules, deadlines, and stakeholder inputs Maintain bid libraries, templates, and document control systems Liaise with internal teams to gather information and supporting material Ensure all submissions are accurate, compliant, and professionally presented Identify opportunities to improve bid processes, systems, and templates Provide general administrative support to the pre-contracts and leadership teams as required About You We're looking for someone who is naturally organised, takes pride in their work, and loves producing high-quality documentation. You may come from an administration, coordination, marketing, communications, construction, engineering, or professional services background.
