About the role: We are seeking Project Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation and completion of civil construction projects across the Northland region. You will ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to quality standards, while delivering quality communication with clients, subcontractors and internal teams. What we’re looking for: Our ideal candidate is a confident leader with strong technical and commercial acumen, and a proactive approach to solving problems. Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering or similar 3+ years’ project management experience in land development and civil infrastructure Strong understanding of earthworks, drainage, roading, structures and/or utilities Good working knowledge of NZS 3910 Strong IT skills, including MS Project and Microsoft Office Excellent communication and organisational skills Proven ability to lead and motivate diverse site teams.
