CablePrice (NZ) Ltd, based at our Wellington HQ, seeks an administrative leader to guide the Aftersales Administration team. You will oversee six direct reports, manage workload to hit KPIs, SLAs, and goals, and travel to nationwide branches as needed. You’ll drive process improvements, mentor staff, and ensure accurate handling of sales orders from inception to invoicing, with oversight of warranties and service contracts.
