GIB® Plasterboard in Tauranga, part of Fletcher Building, seeks a reliable Production Operator to lead all production activities in a high-volume, safety-led environment. Reporting to the Production Manager, you will supervise around 10 direct reports, balance line supervision with hands-on tasks, and help deliver quality, supply and customer service targets. The role involves rotating 12-hour day/night shifts (Mon–Fri with some Saturdays) and a strong emphasis on teamwork, planning and safety. #J-18808-Ljbffr
