What You’ll Be Doing Provide top-notch customer service by answering inquiries with confidence and accuracy. Assist customers by ordering the right parts and accessories to meet their needs. Handle the receipting, charging, and dispatching of goods efficiently. Deliver and pick up parts locally, ensuring timely service. Collaborate with workshop staff to ensure seamless customer service and satisfaction. Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with our clients. Keep customers up-to-date and handle all interactions in a professional and friendly manner. What Makes You a Great Fit? Previous experience in the automotive industry is a plus, but a passion for customer service and problem-solving is what we value most. Thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment where your excellent communication skills and attention to detail shine. You have great time management abilities and can juggle multiple tasks without compromising on quality.
