As a Senior Product Lead within our Team Experience domain, you’ll play a key role in shaping our Customer Relationship Ecosystem, centred around our Salesforce CRM platform. You’ll be working with a mix of local and offshore teams from Architecture and Engineering to BAs and UX. This includes close collaboration with our Manila-based teams and occasional travel to Manila to build strong relationships, align on delivery, and strengthen the effectiveness of the squad. Key skills and experience we’re looking for: Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar working in complex digital or platform environments Strong understanding of CRM platforms, ideally Salesforce, including how to leverage platform capability to solve business problems Demonstrated ability to lead and coach cross-functional squads in an agile environment Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across senior business and technology leaders Experience shaping product roadmaps, managing backlogs, and driving prioritisation aligned to business outcomes Ability to connect strategy to execution, translating vision into clear, actionable delivery Experience working with distributed or offshore teams, with the ability to build alignment and trust Ability to translate complex business needs into clear, actionable user stories. Confidence facilitating stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews. Bonus: Salesforce implementation experience, preferably with Financial Services Cloud, Marketing Cloud and/or Data 360 Experience working in banking, financial services, or other highly regulated environments Exposure to large-scale CRM transformation programmes Ko tātou tēnei - Hei hāpai i a koe, me tō whānau |This is us.
