You will shape and deliver right sized change strategies, partner with stakeholders to build readiness, and influence people across the organisation to ensure changes land well and deliver real value. You will assess impacts, coach leaders, uplift capability and support teams to be ready, willing and able to adopt change. For this role we’re looking for a change practitioner skilled in designing and delivering impactful change across complex environments. We would love to hear from you if you have experience in the following: Proven experience delivering change from scope to adoption review Strong ability to influence groups and individuals to drive outcomes Proven planning, quality and time management capability Strong stakeholder analysis and relationship building skills Experience in developing change strategies and adoption plans Confident in leading readiness, communications, education and training activity Strong analytical and problem-solving capability for complex issues Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively You do not need to tick every box here to be considered!
