Whitireia and WelTec are seeking an experienced and highlyorganised International Programme Delivery Coordinator to support thesuccessful delivery of our School of Innovation, Design and Technologyprogrammes with offshore international partners. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the centre ofinternational education, coordinating programme logistics, supporting academicstaff travelling overseas, and building strong relationships with partnerinstitutions across the globe. About the Role Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will play a keyrole in ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of international programmesdelivered through offshore partner institutions. You will coordinateoperational requirements before, during, and after international programmedelivery while providing high-quality administrative support across the School. This role will require some flexibility in working hours,including availability outside normal office hours during peak travel periodsand to accommodate different time zones. Flexible working arrangements willsupport these requirements. Your responsibilities will include: Coordinatinginternational programme delivery logistics and operational support. Managingtravel arrangements, approvals, visas, insurance, accommodation, andrelated documentation. Actingas a key point of contact for travelling staff and international partners. Monitoringprogramme readiness and supporting risk management activities. Maintainingaccurate records, financial documentation, invoices, and reporting. Supportingcultural awareness and travel preparedness initiatives. Providingprofessional administrative support across a range of school activities. Contributingto process improvement and the development of efficient administrativesystems. Buildingpositive working relationships with staff, students, and internationalstakeholders. About You To be successful in this role, you will bring: Provenexperience in an administration, coordination, or operations role. Experienceworking in a regulated environment. Experienceengaging with international colleagues, partners, or stakeholders. Strongorganisational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiplepriorities. Excellentcommunication and relationship-building abilities. Advancedattention to detail and strong analytical skills, particularly withspreadsheets and reporting. Theability to remain calm and effective when responding to unexpected issuesor changing priorities. Aproactive, solutions-focused approach and a commitment to excellentcustomer service.
