Free on-site carparking Mō tēnei mahi | About this job Location : Based at any one of our main sites in Aotearoa Hours : Full-time, 37.5hrs per week Days : Monday - Friday As a Programme Lifecycle Advisor, you will: Have astrong background in tertiary education, curriculum development, andassessment design Be asubject matter expert in assessment design, curriculum reviewandmoderation practices, withstrong facilitation and training skills Have strongcommunication and relationship-building skills, with a commitment to TeKaupapa Matua and āhuatanga Māori Takeownership of assessment quality across a portfolio of programmes, ensuringthey are robust, fair, and aligned with sector expectations Workclosely with kaiako, providing training and guidance to strengthen theirconfidence and clarity in assessment practices What you’ll bring: Bachelor’s degreein Education, Curriculum Development, or related field Master’s degree orpostgraduate qualification in a related field is desirable Full NZ DriversLicence (Class 1) 5 years’ experiencein tertiary education, curriculum development, academic quality support or arelated sector. 2 years’ experiencein experience leading or managing academic projects across programmedevelopment or delivery (particularly in assessment and assessment design As a kaupapa Māori organisation, your willingness toparticipate in cultural activities and develop an understanding of ĀhuatangaMāori (values, culture and tikanga) is desirable. #J-18808-Ljbffr
