The Recruitment Network is seeking reliable, experienced, and adaptable Chefs to join our travelling hospitality team. We have opportunities available across the South Island , working with hotels, resorts, lodges, and other hospitality venues. Assignments can range from one week through to three months , making this a great opportunity for chefs looking for variety, travel, and flexible work options. What's On Offer? $32 to $34 per hour Travel costs paid Accommodation provided Work in hotels, resorts, lodges, and hospitality venues across the South Island Blocks ranging from 1 week to 3 months Opportunities to experience different locations and kitchens Flexible opportunities for experienced hospitality professionals Weekly pay Key Responsibilities Prepare and present high-quality meals to a consistently high standard Confidently manage your section during busy service Work efficiently in busy commercial kitchens Follow food safety, hygiene, and health and safety standards Assist with food preparation, stock control, and kitchen organisation Work collaboratively with kitchen teams Adapt quickly to different kitchen environments and menus Maintain a professional standard of service throughout each assignment What We're Looking For Experienced commercial Chef Previous experience in hotels, resorts, restaurants, or similar hospitality environments Ability to confidently step into different kitchen environments Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene requirements Reliable, professional, and adaptable Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent communication and organisational skills Flexibility to travel and work away from home Available for assignments ranging from 1 week to 3 months Relevant culinary qualifications are advantageous but not essential Valid New Zealand working rights Why Join The Recruitment Network?
