Arlo is seeking a hands-on engineering leader to scale a world-class platform from Wellington. You’ll lead a team of 5–10 engineers, own delivery end-to-end, guide architecture, and unblock hard problems while staying close to the codebase. You’ll balance product priorities with technical debt, drive incident response, mentor and recruit, and collaborate with Product and Design to translate roadmaps into concrete plans.
